FUSHIDA RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Fushida!
In the event that you wish to return your Fushida product, you will have 14 days from the day that it was received to send it back for either a replacement or store credit.
Returns/ Exchanges are accepted on uniforms, apparel, gear & equipment under the following conditions:
Items must be in the original packaging
Items must be clean and free from wear
Items must be unwashed and unworn
Items returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible for exchange (i.e. are dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc...). All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of Fushida Sports Corp.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipment and the shipping fees for the exchanged/returned items and any other extra expenses that could occur.
Return shipping method is up to the customer. Customers from the United States we recommend to return items with the US Postal Service. We also recommend sending returns back through a tracked & insured shipping method. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the mail. Please ensure to mark the package as “Returned Item” or “Gift” if returning from outside of Canada to ensure no duty and taxes are imposed upon us. Should these extra charges be placed upon the returned package, the customer will be responsible for these costs.
Exchanged items would not be subjected to restocking fees.
Returned items for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or a store credit can be arranged for full value.
Returned products will go through an inspection once received to ensure all the above criteria is met. After inspection completion, a refund would be made against the purchase for cost of product only, minus any extra costs associated.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
